Organic linseed oil
Information
Flaxseed oil has a slightly peppery taste, yellow-greenish color and the typical smell of flax, because it is made from cold-pressing the small flax seeds. This technology can fully retain the nutritional qualities.
It is advised that one consumes the oil directly, without heating it. Specialists suggest consuming it with food for better digestion.
Flaxseed oil can be stored for limited periods only, because of its unstable essential fatty acids. Because of that it’s best if it’s stored in small amounts in a dark and dry space (for example in the refrigerator) with a tightly closed cap.
